Dean M. Jorgensen Sept. 3, 1945 - Mar. 31, 2010

Dean M. Jorgensen passed away at his home in Gold Beach on March 31, 2010. He was 64.

Dean was born September 3, 1945 in Southgate, CA. He grew up in Southgate. Following high school, Dean attended two years of college where he earned a degree in floral design. He later went to work for the family ambulance business, Adams Ambulance Service, as a dispatcher and did that for most of his career. In 1986, Dean moved to Gold Beach where he, along with Jerry Biewend, owned and operated Four Seasons RV Park. They did that for 14 years before selling it. Dean loved to be outside, whether it was tending to his garden, arranging flowers or just visiting with tenants in the RV Park. He also raised Persian and Himalayan cats and had even devoted a trailer in the RV Park for the cats to live in. He was a loving and caring man and will be missed.

Survivors include his sons, Nick Jorgensen of Brookings and Greg Jorgensen of Grants Pass, along with other extended family throughout the country.
