Today I was notified of the passing of Nancy Ransom. She passed in November 2015 after a short battle with cancer. Nancy was always so sweet and smiling. She will be missed. Gone too soon. Rest in peace dear Nancy.
My most vivid memory of Nancy: She - unintentionally - put the rest of us to shame in junior high sewing class. While we struggled with pattern, fabric, sewing machine, zippers!, she was already almost finished with the project. Never a show-off.....that's just how she rolled. I never did master those zippers or anything else regarding a needle and thread. But...I'll always remember Nancy in that moment and sweeten that memory with huge admiration.

She had such beautiful red hair & a beautiful smile. I have not seen her in years but have happy
memories of her friendship. Rest in peace & condolences to her family.
