Billie Lee Ryan, passed away December 17, 2005. Billie suffered with multiple sclerosis.

Billie was living in Cypress at the time of her passing.

So sorry to learn about the passing of Billie.  She was such a sweet girl and she always had a smile on her face.  May she rest in peace.
