Jeannie - you were a wonderful friend.  She and I started working for the City of Los Angeles the Monday after graduation.  We car pooled every day and that was and adventure....always trying to be there on time.  We worked together until Jeannie became pregnant with her first son and then she resigned to become a stay at home mother.  She loved her family - Leroy was the love of her life.  They had two sons Mike and Dean, and she was over the moon when she became a grandmother.  She is also survived by her two sisters Judy and Joanne.  So hard to believe you are gone.  You are now in heaven watching over and guiding your family.  I know how heart broken they are and how much you are missed.  Rest in Peace my sweet friend until we meet again.

This one really hurts. Jeannie was always so kind, sweet to all. I thought she was beautiful inside and out. We really miss people like her even though I haven't seen her since 1964. I've lived in Michigan for 50 years and now this all makes me so sad that my yearbook was lost in the moves. Fly high, Jeannie.

I'm so sorry to hear of Jeanne's passing.  She was such a sweet girl and so very friendly to all.  I didn't know her well but always admired her.  My deepest condolences to her family.
