Yesterday, I was informed of the passing of Albert Schramm. I got a text from his daughter. She confirmed that the service will be at the Riverside National Cemetery on August 29th at 11:45 and she added that the service will be at staging area 4. The location is at 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518. She also shared that the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association would be greatly appreciated.

So sorry to learn of the passing of Al. He had not registered on our class website - however, thanks to Gil Aguilar who lives in the same community of Sun City - Gil was able to knock on his door and inform Al and his wife Carmen about our upcoming 50th Reunion. As a result Al and Carmen attended the 50th Reunion and I know he was happy to reconnect with his friends and classmates. Rest in peace Al you will be missed.
